Algoman is an algorithm-to-mobile app converter platform, specifically targeted towards medical community. Algoman aims to become the first app in the medical world that aggregates the most widely used algorithms and make it easy for medicos and healthcare professionals to access and study these algorithms. Algoman doesnot require any coding knowledge to build algorithm-based apps and thus eliminates barriers faced by medicos in publishing medical algorithms in the form of mobile app based workflows. The algorithms get designed on a simple web interface (www.algoman.in), get published automatically and become accessible instantaneously to mobile app users. The app supports multiple languages and is also integrated with timer for time-sensitive steps.

Algoman (essentially algorithms for mankind) intends to inculcate and facilitate algorithmic, systematic thinking. The focus is education and training for everyone - medicos and non-medicos, students and working professionals. This concept has been formulated by Dr. Satish Deopujari and Ashwin Meshram. Dr. Deopujari is an eminent Pediatrician with over 34 years of experience, currently running a full-fledged intensive care hospital in Nagpur, while Mr. Meshram is an IIT Bombay alumnus, currently heading the Indian arm of an US-based predictive analytics firm.
