Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.

Bridesmaid Dresses from DressFirst

Now that 2014 is on its way, Brittany’s wedding planning is in full swing. I can’t believe her wedding is 157 days away, on June 7th. (I shared Britt’s engagement story here.) One of the first things we did before we rang in the New Year was pick out the bridesmaid dresses. (She had already ordered her wedding dress back in 2012.)

We looked online at different stores, but we ended up ordering them in person through a different company. One of the online stores we looked at was DressFirst.com. They sell really cute “fancy” dresses, including wedding dresses, cocktail dresses, evening dresses, and bridesmaid dresses. (Keep this website in mind for sorority formals and military balls, my blogger friends!)

Brittany knew she wanted short dresses in the light blue color (known as Sky Blue on Dress First) but otherwise, she was completely open. She had no idea what type of neckline she wanted and she was open to her bridesmaids all wearing different dresses if that’s what they preferred.

One dress that I really liked is this chiffon, satin and lace one-shoulder dress with a ruffle flower on it. I like the one shoulder neckline– I personally don’t think I look great in strapless dresses. I love the lace look. It goes along with her theme of burlap and rustic.

I like this one-shoulder empire dress in chiffon. I like that this dress is empire, which means it hides my belly (I’m insecure about my belly) and the neckline distracts from my problem area.

A third and final dress that we liked. This A-Line scoop neck chiffon and lace dress is really cute. I like how it has the illusion of a strapless dress but the top covers the neckline. Again, another chiffon dress. (Brittany liked the flowy look of chiffon and that material is actually what we ended up ordering.) And again, another lace dress goes along with her theme.
