Step By Step Guide To Install Student Ready App using BlueStacks
- Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
- Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
- Once installed, click "Student Ready App" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

[Note 2] about Bluetooth: At the moment, support for Bluetooth is not available on BlueStacks. Hence, apps that require control of Bluetooth may not work on BlueStacks.

Welcome to the ATLAS - Student Ready App. This app was developed to give students access to both emergency medical treatment procedures, as well as the Immediate Actions checklist for various types of emergencies. With over 70 short “How To” videos, the ATLAS Student Ready App is always with you! Installation of the App is available on both Android and iOS platforms for purchase or with a single use Coupon Code. All the content, including the videos, is installed in the initial set up and allows access to the information and videos even if WIFI is down. The app is 97mb.
There are six first aid treatment categories:
Unconscious (choking, CPR/AED)
Trauma (bleeding, broken bones, burns, head/neck injuries)
Medical (asthma, allergies/anaphyl****, EPI-Pen administration, seizures, heart attack)
Environmental (bites/stings, heat stroke and frost bite),
Overdose (drug and alcohol overdose, including opioids and Narcan administration)
Mass Casualty (triage and treating multiple patients)
The Immediate Actions provide incident-specific checklists for life-threatening situations, such as person with a weapon, a fire or tornado.

These buttons give you instant access to further assistance without leaving the app:
Search – immediately takes you to treatment topics
Emergency Call – call 911 right from the app
Location – to identify your location if needed
Camera – save a photo to your Gallery or share
Info – links to official sites for more information before, during or after an incident, and to report threatening or worrisome behaviour.
Ease of Use
Each section is only clicks away from the needed information. All the content including the videos are installed in the initial set up. The app is less than 100mb.
Customize to meet your needs
The ATLAS – Student Ready App can be customized to include your school logo, school emergency numbers, site maps, links to the student council website or the Safe Walk Program.
