Kifayah Kitab al-fiqh Akhyar is a fairly well-known in the schools of al-Shafi'i. It was conceived by Shaykh al-Imam Taqiyuddin Abu Bakr bin Muhammad al-Husayni al-Hishni al-Dimasyqi al-Shafi'i. A school of al-Shafi'i scholars who were born around the 9th century Hijrah.
