Problems with sleeping and falling asleep are common in modern society.
Most often the cause of insomnia is the intense rhythm of life and an overloaded nervous system.
We have developed a special technique for easier falling asleep, based on breathing exercises of pranayama yoga and also relaxing and calming the nervous system, hypnotic sounds.

This program leads you through three steps to an easy and healthy sleep.

Step 1 :
This is a special breathing exercise taken from the practice of Yoga, by performing it you will relax, calm the nervous system and prepare the body and mind for sleep.
Do it for a few minutes before continuing to the next step.

Step 2 :
After you relax with the help of breathing technique, you can use combinations of special hypnotic sounds that will continue to set your brain to sleep.
