SAKPOLE e-SAMSAT JATENG on Windows Pc

The Online Tax Vehicle Administration System (SAKPOLE) is an electronic network service organized by the Central Java Province Samsat Guidance Team, based on the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia regarding online SAMSAT services (e-SAMSAT).

The scope of administrative and legal territory of SAKPOLE is:
Taxpayers / owners of motorized vehicles registered in Central Java Province who will pay Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB), Contribution of Road Traffic Accident Funds (SWDKLLJ) and Annual STNK e-Authorization Online with limitations:
1. Collective Labor Agreement with a maximum arrears of 4 years 9 months.
2. Passenger vehicles private / individual ownership.
3. Government-owned passenger vehicles.
4. Business Entity passenger vehicles with the TNKB Black color.
SAKPOLE services can be carried out nationally and internationally, wherever and whenever through smart mobile devices.

Taxpayers (WP) who utilize SAKPOLE services, at the end of the online registration process will get a Pay Code which is used to make NON CASH payments through banking channel services (transfers, tellers, e-Banking, i-Banking or ATM) or Indomaret e-commerce , Alfamart, Tokopedia and GoPay.

Payment of SAKPOLE in collaboration with Bank a.l. Central Java Bank, BNI Bank, Mandiri Bank, BCA Bank, PT. POS Indonesia and BPR BKK Grobogan.
For WP that is NOT a CUSTOMER from that bank, STAY CAN use SAKPOLE service by choosing the method of payment via interbank / virtual account transfer. The payment obligation (code payment) can be paid by the owner or non-owner of the tax object.

The pay code is valid for 2 hours since it was issued. If until the specified payment deadline and payment has not been made, then the payment code is no longer valid (expired). If you still want to make payments through SAKPOLE, WP can repeat the online registration process again.

The proof of payment (e-TBPKP) can be downloaded through the SAKPOLE application and is valid for 30 (thirty) days from the date of payment. Within this period, MANDATORY exchanged with PKB / SWDKLLJ Local Tax Assessment (SKPD) and ratified STNK which can be done in all the nearest SAMSAT Online Central Java locations (Samsat Parent, Samsat Assistant, Samsat Mobile, Samsat Drive Thru, Samsat PATENT, Samsat Gerai / Mall) closest, by bringing and showing the appropriate STNK and Original e-KTP.
 
STNK that is not validated until the e-TBPKP has exceeded the time limit (expired), so motorized vehicles do not have operational legal legitimacy on the highway.

Taxpayers who have made tax payments through the SAKPOLE mechanism, can also apply for an e-Authorization for STNK online through the SAKPOLE Application. If the application is approved, the WP can download proof of vehicle registration validation through the SAKPOLE Application, which is valid for 1 (one) year, so WP does NOT NEED TO RETURN TO THE SAMSAT.

The SAKPOLE application also has facilities:
1. Motor Vehicle Tax Information.
2. Payment Status Information.
3. Information on the application for the STNK e-Endorsement Request.
4. Information on Selling Value of Motorized Vehicles.
5. Search for SAMSAT Office Location, nearest ATM, Raharja Jasa Office. Police Station, Hospital / Clinic / Doctor.
