This permits the base to calculate the area and volume of the triangular pyramid, quadrangular, hexagonal and any base knowing their action. We suggest that it should be used in activities involving the calculation of volumes, however, alerted to the mechanization of the process. The first screen provides the definition of the volume of a pyramid any and a scroll bar to choose the type of base that you want to use (just click on the picture). The following four screens treating the base pyramids (1) Triangular; (2) square; (3) Hexagonal; (4) any base. Type only the measure side and calculate the area of ​​the base, then enter height measurement and calculate the volume of the desired pyramid (for Steps 1, 2 and 3). In any basis in addition to the previous steps, the number of sides should be informed.
