In this post, I am going to show you how to install Radar Detector and Alerts on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install Radar Detector and Alerts using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. HOW TO START WORKING WITH THE PROGRAM?

1. If you have just installed the application you will need "Refresh database dangers" to download and install the latest base of radars for your area (country).
2. To execute the hazard detection mode, press the green "Start" button. bottom right of the screen.
3. The application takes into account and only informs about the dangers that are along your route.
4. Settings, you can call, drag the left edge of the screen to the right.
5. Filter dangers you want to discover can call by dragging from the right edge of the screen to the left.
6. To add a new hazard, press your finger on the image rate at the bottom of the screen.

From version 2.0 of the application, the user can connect to the application community (using your Google account).
Registered users have more permissions to manage POI (danger) objects on the map, for example, the user can explicitly delete irrelevant POIs from the common database.

Any user can add new risks to the shared database. User can also affect the danger rating (when the user get danger alert, he can define whether there is danger or not actually).

The app plays the sound and shows danger on the map and the distance to that danger.

The demand workflow differs from the hardware radar detector. Radar Detector Equipment - is a passive receiver that does not block the signal to which it is attached, but merely inform the driver of the presence in the field of radar radio interference.
