In order to improve the conditions of employment of persons with disabilities, we came up with the idea to create a portal zaposliosi.me. We are familiar with the fact that a number of portals that deal with employment of people, but none of these has a special section dealing with the employment of persons with disabilities. Also, none portal has a video presentation of the person who is competitive in the labor market. So that we can compete with all the sites for employment, because our portal will be intended only for persons with disabilities, but also to all unemployed persons in Montenegro.

Portal provides information that is relevant for the employment of people with different types of disabilities. As an organization, which is primarily concerned with visually impaired people, we did not want to be a portal dedicated only to the above, but to all people with disabilities in Montenegro.

In one section of our website to find information that is of legal character, rules, forms, rules, laws, strategies related to employment of persons with disabilities, as well as the benefits governed by the Employment and Vocational Rehabilitation. In this way, inform both employers and candidates about the rights and benefits of the Employment and Vocational Rehabilitation in the form of wage subsidies, equipping the workplace, an assistant in the work, and other benefits.

A special, and the most important part of our website are profiles of unemployed persons with disabilities, accompanied by photos, CV, and something totally innovative - video presentations. Video presentation is an excellent form of self-presentation, to the employer as credible way could convince the abilities of persons with disabilities, and the coverage of what's CV states.

The third part of the portal will be intended for employers, where we make a distinction between those who employ people with disabilities, and those who do not employ, but they could, and now they are offered the opportunity. For employers will be offered the possibility of advertising for potential jobs for people with disabilities. In this way, we will make the link between employers and unemployed persons with disabilities.

This idea is recognized and funded by EAM Call "Vocational rehabilitation, active way out of unemployment, the employment of persons with disabilities".
