Acting Here offers :
- Useful and informative content for employees in hotels and headquarters to learn about sustainable development concerns through the themes addressed;
- A social wall dedicated to innovations where employes can share their ideas or innovative practices in their hotel

The application also includes Acting League - a playful device.
Acting League allows you to win cards that represent essential or thematic ecogestures. The employee first explores the concerns surrounding the topic. He can then commit to carrying out the ecogestures either regularly or occasionally, or become a promoter. If he engage hisself, the card is added to its collection and he earn points.

Other actions are also rewarded with points:
- Publishing a photo (selfie) showing employees carrying out their commitment;
- Taking part in quizzes to challenge their knowledge.

Each employee has a dashboard that depicts their overall progress: card collection, published innovations, likes received, commitments, published ecoselfies and rankings.
