Mariënhage
DELA cooperative started in early 2018 with the renovation and redevelopment of the Mariënhage area. When finished in 2019 all over the city center of Eindhoven has a contemporary place to meet, connect and floor. DELA took the field with associated buildings on the Order of Augustinian and the city of Eindhoven.

Weddings and funerals
DELA restores the Paterskerk and associated buildings. The church and the chapel are students ceremonial houses. Except funerals take place here also wedding ceremonies. There will also be lectures and concerts. The outbuildings are facilities to stay, eat and meet. As the conversion of the monastery is not known yet.

House ceremony
Mariënhage is a special part of Eindhoven in the heart of the city. The cooperation between the Augustinians, municipality, province and DELA has managed to Marienhage a new future. For the city of Eindhoven is maintaining Mariënhage important as the buildings of great cultural, historical and religious value.
