The TDAHMENTE results from a work by students of Eastern State Institute of Education Education Carmela Dutra - Porto Velho-RO, under the coordination of the institution's computer teacher. Using tools and space of the National Program of Educational Technology (PROINFO), the TDAHMENTE digital application, a digital tool in order to identify possible diagnosis of Attention Deficit Disorder Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in pupils of basic education was created, helping parents students, teachers, engineers and psychologists. The application was developed using the programming language of teaching high school students, creation of graphic arts and literature searches to scientific theoretical. The TDAHMENTE application enables self grabbing members on ADHD consisting of a behavioral disorder with frequent neurological basis in childhood (Richters et., All, 1995) characterized by different degrees of inattention, impulsivity and, in some cases, hyperactivity ( CHADD, 2001 cited FERREIRA, 2011). According to Lacet and Rosa (2017) research with 5,961 young people from 18 states of the country, found that in the national scenario 4.4% of the population of children and adolescents from 04 to 18 years of age have ADHD, it is the first epidemiological study on ADHD done in Brazil with coverage throughout the territory. The index is similar to those observed in other parts of the world, which indicate the presence of ADHD in 5% of young people. The major problem in treating ADHD is the lack of diagnosis, and TDAHMENTE emerged at this juncture, as a proposal for an alternative tool to help people to be aware and seek to identify a possible diagnosis for attention deficit hyperactivity disorders. The research that guided the creation of the application revealed that ADHD symptoms persist into adulthood in 67% of cases (LOPES, Birth and FLAG, 2005) and have implications to the routine of the child and family as well as consequences for the educational system and higher incidence of risk behaviors in adolescence (Hernandez, 2007). Often it is related to educational underachievement, low professional performance, loss of family income, economic and social impact (Biederman and FARAONE, 2006; ROHDE and HALPERN, 2004). For application reasons was used as reference data available in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM 2014), a set of questions from the American Psychiatric Association that only allows the medical professional to diagnose ADHD. The transformation of DSM into a digital form as application does not replace medical professional, but makes an auxiliary tool that aims to provide information based on scientific research resulting potential indicators to a high level of disorder. ADHD Indicator is a tool and indispensable resource for the user to take ownership of knowledge and to evaluate the possible need to seek help from a medical professional according to the results obtained in the application. The project is innovative because it replaces the old traditional and outdated methods that are still used by education professionals in order to identify possible diagnosis ADHD in children and adolescents in schools, because many forms currently used are the internet reproductions and have questionable methodology. The TDAHMENTE has scientific backing in that it was built on the DSM. In addition to the scientific research conducted by researchers application development with the collaboration of a professional doctor of psychiatry who offered us all the resources and support for the development of the tool.
