Step By Step Guide To Install Pain Toolkit using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. There are a set of information resources that a user can browse.

Extended functionality in the App includes 12 self-help tools, a diary function, and a set of self-assessment tools that take users through key aspects of persistent pain, so they can learn more about how pain is affecting their life. These can be accessed either by a registration ‘token’ generated from a participating primary care area and providing a link to the clinical system, or via an in-App purchase for stand alone use with no link to a clinical system.
