In this post, I am going to show you how to install La Elipa on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...
Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install La Elipa using BlueStacks
- Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
- Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
- Once installed, click "La Elipa" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

How long it takes "La Elipa Active"?
This project began on July 31, 2014, on a hot morning, we came make a page on Facebook to inform all elipeños and elipeñas neighborhood on everything that happened in it. Although far, we think it would have much impact as the one currently taking.
What is the OBJETIVE?
It is very simple, we want to present our neighborhood and of course, all elipeños and elipeñas are abreast of all the news, events, and thousands of things that happen in the Elipa, as well as to learn more about the history of it.
What are your nets?
We started our journey on Facebook, followed by Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram and the last throw has been the "Play Store".
What features will the App?
At the moment from it you can access our website without being searching from the browser on your device. But little by little we will implement important to learn more our neighborhood functions and of course, businesses that are in it.
What are the permissions required by the application?
Currently permits needed for today and for future functions at this time are:
- Internet access (To access the Web)
- Telephone calls * (To call businesses directly)
- Internal / External * Storage (To save the contents introduce)
What is "Commercial-te"?
It's the campaign we created in 2016 to encourage consumption in retail in the neighborhood, since slowly has deteriorated due to large shopping centers.
