Car Engine Technology - In the modern era, as now, all human needs can be satisfied with the technology. Innovation and technological development has been growing rapidly such as in a car engine. Where the technological sophistication among the creators were able to create VTEC engine, DOHC, SOHC, VVT-i, I-Dsi, and EFI.

This app helps you to learn to understand the car's engine technology. There are many theories that explain clearly about Car Engine technology. One of the most interesting theory in this application is about four engine.

Four stroke engine is an engine which produces a power to require four process steps up and down the piston, two rotations of the crankshaft, and one round Noken (camshaft).
4 The process is divided into cycles:

1. Step Suction
Aiming to incorporate air mist - the fuel into the cylinder. As the engine power produced depends on the amount of fuel burned during the combustion process.
The process is;
- The piston moves from top dead point (TDC) to Bottom Dead Point (TMB).
- inlet valve opens, fuel into the cylinder.
- Crutches As rotates 180 degrees.
- Noken As rotates 90 degrees.
- Negative pressure piston to suck the air-fuel mist into the cylinder.

2. Step Compression
Begins at the inlet valve closes and the piston pushed toward the engine due to the momentum of the crankshaft and flywheel.Tujuan of the compression stroke is to raise the temperature so that the air-fuel mixture can be mixed. The compression ratio will also closely related to power production
The process is as follows:
- The piston moves back from TMB to the TMA
- Valves In closing, Ex valve remains closed
- Fuel compressed into vaults combustion (combustion chamber)
- About 15 degrees before TDC, the spark plug sparks started to turn and start the burning process
- Kruk as achieving one full rotation (360 degrees)
- Noken axles reach 180 degrees

3. Step Power
It starts when a mixture of air / fuel is ignited by the spark plug. With this fast burning mixture vines and there was an explosion retained by the wall of cylinder head, causing a kick behind the high pressure pushes the piston down the cylinder bore. Linear motion of the piston is converted into rotational motion by the crankshaft. - Round Kruk As reaches 540 degrees
- Round Noken As 270 degrees

4. Step Remove
Step waste is very important to produce a soft operating performance and efficient machine. The piston moves from the combustion gas pushed out of the cylinder to the exhaust pipe. This process must be done with total, because there is little residual combustion gases are mixed together with new gas intake will reduce the potential power generated
The process is:
- Counter balance weight on the crankshaft to provide normal force to drive the piston from BDC to TDC
- Ex valve open Perfect, fully closing the valve Inlet
- Gas waste products of combustion pushed out by the piston through the exhaust port to the exhaust
- Kruk as did two full rotations (720 degrees)
- Noken as completing one full rotation (360 degrees)
