In this post, I am going to show you how to install Mengenal Angka on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install Mengenal Angka using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
  3. Once installed, click "Mengenal Angka" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

Digitalisasi Sistem Bilangan Tradisional merupakan bagian dari misi pelestarian dan pendayagunaan sistem nilai budaya dalam rangka pembentukan identitas dan karakter bangsa sebagaimana tercermin dalam nilai-nilai Pancasila dan Undang-Undang Dasar 1945. Dimana mengamanatkan setiap warga negara berkewajiban melestarikan dan mengembangkan nilai-nilai kebudayaan di tengah peradaban dunia globalisasi yang semakin mengancam eksistensi sistem kebudayaan nasional. Sebagai warga negara yang berbudaya memiliki tanggungjawab untuk melestarikan nilai-nilai budaya yang semakin terdegradasi akibat gelombang globalisasi dan modernasi yang melanda seluruh nusantara.
Beberapa dekade ini kita menyaksikan berbagai bahasa suku telah punah dan sebagian dalam ancaman kepunahan. Kepunahan bahasa turut mengakibatkan degradasi sistem nilai suku bangsa, termasuk ancaman kepunahan Sistem Bilangan yang merupakan bagian yang tak terpisahkan dari bahasa. Berdasarkan pengamatan dan wawancara pada generasi muda asal suku Ngalum, Ketengban, Lepki dan Arimtap yang studi di Jayapura maupun di seputar Jawa rata-rata tidak mengusai sistem bilangan tradisional walapun mereka fasih dalam berbahasa daerah. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa menguasai bahasa tidak menjamin mereka menguasai sistem bilangannya. Oleh karena itu peneliti berupaya mengembangkan aplikasi sistem bilangan tradisional suku-suku berbasis android sebagai media pembelajaran bagi mereka. Penelitian ini tidak mengembangkan model numerik secara detail tetapi hanya terbatas pada mendigitalkan simbol bilangan mulai dari 1 (jari kelingling kiri) sampai dengan 27 (jari kelingking kanan) untuk masing-masing suku, yakni suku Ngalum, Ketengban, Lepki dan Arimtap. Setiap simbol dalam gambar digital dibuat voice sehingga ketika orang mengarahkan kursor atau klik pada simbol tertentu akan mengucapkan bilangannya.
