Flag Steward, a nonprofit program and app, brings Our Flag / Old Glory to multimedia life - relaying today's Flag Status, on this day / on this date (OTD) Historical Reminders, Fallen Patriot (military, police, firefighter) alerts, Slices of good ol' Americana (sports, arts, culture), and more. Flag Steward is intent on making Our Flag and its ceremonies more engaging and meaningful. The Flag Steward App accompanies our "Interactive American Flag" (3'x5' durable, nylon U.S. Flag made in Kansas City) sold on Amazon. The Flag Steward App, when connected to our Interactive American Flag, relays a Global War on Terror (GWOT) fallen soldier tribute specific to that Interactive American Flag (IAF), as well as other stories of patriots the IAF owner wants to showcase. Flag Steward is an informative, inspiring, patriotic app that delivers engaging content intended to build better student-citizens. Your use of this app and support of our nonprofit project will help us distribute our lead program at schools - the "Pre-Pledge Tribute" powered by Flag Steward. The "Pre-Pledge Tribute," enabled one-time per week and led by 1 to 3 students in a classroom, is a short ceremony that helps kids better connect with Old Glory and have a more meaningful and purposeful Pledge of Allegiance.
