Medical Backup is included in the offer My Med APA if the doctor wants. Through the partnership with the SwissMedCall company APP My Med offers medical backup to the doctor's patients. Out of hours, the patients can start a discussion with a SwissMedCall Physician and if the mandatory judge Doctor, they can start a video conference session. This medical backup offers great value to the doctor, but also of the latter patients.
