Arbeitszeitgesetz (ArbZG) on Windows Pc

The German Working Hours Act concerning the public health and safety. It limits the maximum daily working time, it sets minimum rest periods established during working hours and minimum rest periods between termination and resumption of work and rest on Sundays and holidays. It also contains safety regulations for night work. The law is binding on employers and employees.

German labor law governs the legal relationship between individual employees and employers (individual labor law) and between the coalitions and representative bodies of the employees and the employer.
