Step By Step Guide To Install MERGDATA survey using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. The application is built with algorithms which allows computational functionalities, data cross-referencing and geo-location (GPS) functions for accurate location and mapping. Additionally, the application is equipped with features to enhance traceability of goods. It allows for seamless deployment of surveys to several android devices for field staff or enumerators. Once surveys are deployed on android devices, enumerators can collect data either offline or online. Data collected is synced to cloud in real time.

Responses from all surveys can be visualized and analysed via the web application. Data can also be exported to Excel, CSV, SPSS, Stata, SAS, or any preferred format for further analysis.
