Prospective Civil Servants (abbreviated as CPNS) are employees who have just passed the first stage Civil Servant Candidate selection test.

Prospective Civil Servants have not followed the obligation to qualify as Civil Servants with a salary of 100%. They are paid a percentage of 80% based on the CPNS decree that has been determined based on the laws that apply in Indonesia.

So for those of you who aspire to be civil servants, start preparing the file.

Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (Menpan-RB) Asman Abnur gave a little glimpse of the position that will be opened at the reception of Candidates for Civil Servants (CPNS) in 2018 and 2019 along with 2019 first aid.

When they are candidates for Civil Servants, their competency and performance are judged based on their formation when they are declared to be candidates for Civil Servants. If they do not meet the assessment criteria for the second stage, the candidate's status can be postponed with a certain time.

Requirements to become a Civil Servant

After fulfilling the obligation of the third stage of the selection test, prospective Civil Servants will get the status of Civil Servants with a salary of 100% after receiving the Civil Servants SK as a substitute for the CPNS SK they have previously had. Based on the provisions of law number 8 of 1974 concerning the main points of staffing, as amended by law number 43 of 1999 stating that prospective Civil Servants who have undergone a trial period of at least 1 year may be appointed as Civil Servants after fulfill specified obligations and requirements.
