Barisal Ideal Polytechnic Institute is a Non-government Polytechnic Institute in Barisal, Bangladesh. It was established in 2006. BIPI is one of the most prestigious institutions for mid-level studies in the south of the country. At present BIPI has 4 teaching departments. Every year the intake of Diploma students is around 360.

The BIPI campus is in the heart of City Corporation in Barisal city-one of the divisional headquarters of Bangladesh. The academic programs, however, function under the regulation of the Bangladesh Technical Education Board, Agargaon, Sher-e-Bangle Nagar Dhaka 1207. It is one of the best educational institute of TVET systems.Our Diploma graduates are servicing in different industries, Engineering faculties and different organization inside the country.

There are four technologies such as
Civil Technology
Electrical Technology
Computer Technology
Telecommunication Technology.

At present this institute offered 4 years diploma in engineering courses under BTEB. There are four technologies.
