Chysta.kz - cleaning service. Almaty on Windows Pc

Chysta is a mobile application that helps users find cleaning service on demand in a real time within 30 minutes. Clients set their details such as place (house, office, or commercial space), time and price themselves.

To find a cleaner through Chysta is quite easy. This is how it works:

- Download the app, and after registering you can see an interactive map with closest 15 cleaners to you.
- The client fills in the following details: address, number of bedrooms and toilets, additional details, own price, time, type of hire (first one or competition), the type of payment.
- Cleaners respond to your order, according to a hiring type that was placed by a client. They will either take the order straight away, or the client will choose cleaners according to their profile (rating, comments, amounts of finished works)
- Chosen cleaner arrives at the site, cleans accordingly, and is paid securely via credit card or cash.
- After an order has been finished both users can leave comments and ratings to each other. In case of any complaint, Chysta will be notified to take care of the matter according to T&C


Clients get:

- cleaned home or office, at a requested timing. Timing can be scheduled in advance or for today;
- pays the offered price, which they indicate themselves. The minimal amount should be at least 3000 KZT;
- to choose a cleaner, based on their profile (comments, ratings, and comments), which is given by previous clients;
- to offer an order to a specific cleaner, who is located next to you, or from a previous order;
- all the real time offers, which are shown on the app;
- history of all orders; information about cleaners, addresses where the orders were located, time, price and the type of payment;
- the client will get compensation for the canceled order on behalf of a cleaner, depending on the cancellation timing*.


Cleaners get:
- real time or scheduled orders;
- freedom to choose when and where to work, thus having its own schedule;
- to not work with agencies;
- to access all the orders every day;
- to track their orders, payments, and ratings;
- to take care of their financial history; when the order was taken, how much was received, when it was done, and for whom;
- to withdraw their earnings to their credit cards;
- to check client’s profile before taking the order;
- compensation for the canceled order on behalf of a client, depending on the cancellation timing*
