Nidji is a musical group / band group of six people from Jakarta consisting of Leads Ganesha (vocals), Andy Ariel Harsya and Ramadhista Akbar (guitar), Randy Danistha (keyboards, synthesizer), Andro Regantoro (bass), and Adri Initiative ( drum).

Nidji is an improved version of the word Niji name derived from the Japanese language meaning rainbow. The personnel have liked and approved the concept by that name, because the word Nidji highly reflecting their diverse musical colors and different from one another, but can membiaskannya in one color of music.

Nidji formed in 2002, and in 2006 they released their debut album titled Breakthru ', with five singles namely Already, Delete Me, When I Fall In Love, You and Me, and Disco Lazy Time. Three of the singles managed to snatch the # 1 position in the MTV Powerful, namely Already, Delete Me and You and Me. In 2007, they released their second album titled Top Up, with five singles mainstay of the Permit, Do not Forget, Arti Sahabat, End of Love Eternal, and Shadow. The song that became the soundtrack of the film Shadow Heroes, and oddly the song can last for 13 weeks in position # 1 on MTV Powerful, whereas in the Inbox Powerful and this song was not until the 10 position. And Nidji also be Lead-band compilation album Ost. Laskar Pelangi by singles mainstay Laskar Pelangi. Nidji also earn Platinum certification for the songs.
