African Tv is a pan-African multilingual television channel with international news streaming. Owned by EuronewsNBC, it was created on January 4, 2016 and has been broadcasting since April 20, 2016. Its head office is tentatively located in Pointe-Noire in the Republic of Congo pending the definitive establishment in Brazzaville.

It broadcasts in two languages on terrestrial, satellite, cable, IPTV and the Web. Its programs are also partially taken over by African national television channels. The channel is available from 7.3 million homes across 33 countries in sub-Saharan Africa.
