By proceeding to book and participating in classes, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1. You acknowledge the existence of and the need for rules and regulations governing your participation in our classes and use of our facilities. You agree to comply with any rules and regulations that are communicated to you in any reasonable manner, such as through this website, social media, or at our facilities.

2. To proceed with your reservation, you must create your username and password.

3. You may reserve classes as soon as the monthly schedule is released. You must have enough credit to proceed with your reservation. Minimum top up is BN$30. Payment can be made online via BAIDURI, BIBD, or SCB, or through your bank's cash deposit machine.

Payment can also be made in cash or by credit/debit card at Beard and Cutter on the first floor at D5, Kiulap. Any account and balance that is inactive for 3 months from the date of last top up will be expired, and no refunds will be provided. Any balance before the expiration date can be refunded upon request to the Admin by Whatsapp at 8989995.

4. How to cancel or change your booking. After you have booked, go to summary tab, click on the bike you want to cancel. Done!

Note: this can only be done 6hrs before the class starts. After that, no cancellation or refunds can be made.

5. We shall not be liable to you for any personal property that is damaged, lost or stolen while on or around our premises. You shall be liable to us for any damage to our facilities and any equipment, furniture or fixture located thereon caused by you.

6. We reserve the right to modify, amend or supplement any such rules and regulation; to add, eliminate, or alter any program, service or equipment; and change class and package prices in the future when deemed necessary or desirable in our sole discretion.

7. By signing up for and/or attending classes at BNC, you hereby agree that there are inherent risks and dangers in any physical activities, and in exercising and using the exercise equipment. In participating in our classes,you hereby waive, release, and discharge Bounc3 and Cycl3, its officers, agents, members, employees, representatives, and all others from any and all responsibilities, claims, rights, causes of action and/or liability from injuries or damages to you as a person or property resulting from your participation in and use of classes and facilities.

8. You also hereby represent that you have no medical or physical condition which would prevent you from attending or using any of Bounce's classes or facilities, and that you have not been instructed by a medical doctor not to do so.
