This app is only available for customer buying furniture from Dickson for their properties. Property inspection application helps the property Manager coodinate inspection of property by one or more inspectors. The App allows the inspector to inspect furniture in each unit and classify them based on their condition. It allows the inspectors to add their comments and take pictures of each item. Multiple inspector can do inspection at the same time for same property and sync the results to a secured cloud server.

Property inspection app help the furniture inspector in many ways, like reducing manual errors, paperless work. Customizable form allows the Property Manager to fill detail information about the property, units, rooms and furniture in them. The application helps speed up the inspection process. It helps the property manager to keep track of the process during the inspection.
