Step By Step Guide To Install Iristick Camera Example using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. This is an example app for Iristick smart glasses. It will only work when the Iristick Services are installed and the phone is connected to Iristick smart glasses.

This example opens both Iristick cameras and shows the captured streams
on the main Android screen.
The zoom camera stream is also shown on the heads-up display.

The stream can be zoomed in with pinch-and-zoom and moved by dragging the image.
Clicking on the info text resets the settings.
For the zoom camera, a tap on the image triggers auto-focus.
Gestures on the Iristick touchpad can also be used.
