How it Works
You just download the app, signup, create a group and begin keeping records. All your statements are automatically updated whenever you record transactions.

You can also choose to link your group's bank account to Tekeleza & have your statements automatically updated whenever your members deposit payments / make withdrawals from the bank account.

Bank accounts are linked by downloading provided forms, filling them & returning them to your respective bank for linking. Once the bank confirms the request, your Tekeleza records begin getting automatically updated whenever a transaction occurs in the said bank account.

(It is important to note that Tekeleza does not have access to your group's bank account. Instead, Tekeleza only receives alerts from your bank whenever there's a transaction in the bank account.)

Please note that this service is optional. Groups do not have to link their bank accounts to Tekeleza & can opt to record transactions manually for themselves.

Accessing your Group
Access your group through the Tekeleza app, or alternatively use our website, www.tekeleza.com, to access your group from a computer / laptop / mobile phone browser.

If you want your group members to view statements for themselves, invite them to join the group using the invite link provided when you create the group. Your members will be required to signup / login using the link to join the group. Once done, they'll be able to view statements for themselves.
