Through mobile devices (cell phones, smartphones or tablets) integrated into the Cockpit Logistics, shippers have real-time visibility on transport operation. Thus, the user has a valuable resource in the activity management, ensuring their level of services.

How it works

The mobile platform receives geolocation information and transport data from a mobile device accompanying the load (vehicle driver). Thus, the system will monitor the trip, with strategic information for management, which includes the data of the entire operation. Armed with these features, the user can:

"Track vehicles: the system follows the path performed by the driver by means of geolocation signals.

»Show proof of deliveries and refusals of registration: those responsible for cargo delivery capture photographs, which are registered in the system to authenticate the performance of deliveries. Similarly, the software records the refusal of delivery charges.

»Take proactive actions in the event of occurrences: to monitor each trip and following the movement of all its network in real time, the user can take early or agile measures in case of events that disrupt the transport (and, consequently, SLA).
