Step By Step Guide To Install Mobile Phone Student's Attenda using BlueStacks

It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.

This Mobile Application was Developed for Students Classroom Attendance. It works with an External Electronic Device(consisting of an RFID Card Reader, Arduino Uno Board and HC-05 Bluetooth Device). Once the RFID Card or Tag is placed to the RFID Reader, a unique Identification Number is Sent to the Mobile Phone via Bluetooth for both the New Registration procedure and Attendance Taking procedure. This Mobile Application has the following functions:
1. Registers New Students name and matric number.
2. View Attendance List which includes students name, matric number, date and time.
3. Auto Save Attendance List.
4. Save Attendance List to view later using the selected attendance date.
5. Attendance List can be exported and shared to other users for printing purpose.
6. Uses Bluetooth, NFC and WIFI Technology.
7. Search for a student attendance record.
8. Attendance list includes campus GPS location coordinates.
9. Export attendance list using PDF file format.
10. Export student name and registration/matriculation number information to other users when EXPORT button is long clicked.
11. Reconnect device option when application resumes after it has stopped.
12. Enable/Disable voice prompt using application settings tab.
13. Insert school logo from an Image URL source ending with .png or .jpeg filename extensions.
14. Save school name and department using application settings.

You can now import students registration data using the 'IMPORT STUDENT DATA' button. Once the button is clicked, this mobile application lookup for the zipped folder named 'Registered Students.zip' in the phone storage and then imports it automatically into the DCIM folder which is then used by this mobile application during attendance.
