Meeting Room Schedule Demo is a demo app for managing the occupancy of your meeting spaces.

With an intuitive design, provide visual information about the space name, status, daily schedule, add new meeting or begin with a scheduled appointment if available. This schedule information is synchronized with Office365 calendars accounts by using EWS.
In addition to use as a signage display, it allows you sync the scheduled information with the real occupancy by using the check-in and check-out features. If you don't use the check-in button for a incoming meeting, then it will be removed from the calendar, in the same way, when you push the check-out button, then the device will close the meeting just at this time, so the pending meeting time will be available for other users. You will optimize the occupancy of your meeting rooms by detecting non usage meeting spaces and recovering many available meetings hours by the check-outs in advance detection.
Remove your traditional signage for room naming by an interactive smart device that also show your corporate information by the builtin web browser for digital signage.

This is a demo version that will allow you to be familiarize with their use and check a real connection with your account credentials and check the Rooms and RoomLists on the EWS folders. This demo version will not be able to show the real calendar meeting information, but will allow you to simulate them on the local calendar layout.

This demo version have a limited access to the EWS account. It will allow you to connect by a real credential to get the room and RoomList on the EWS folder, but the appointment information on the selected room will not displayed on the calendar app layout.
