In this post, I am going to show you how to install Customer Insight MTN on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Step By Step Guide To Install Customer Insight MTN using BlueStacks
- Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
- Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen

نکات:
- نتایج تست غیر فعال در رابطه با پوشش شبکه ، کیفیت و قطع شدن تماس های کاربر به همراه مشخصات جغرافیایی هر نمونه ی تست، با اپراتور به اشتراک گذاشته می شود.
- در راه اندازی اولیه، از کاربر درخواست می شود که اجازه دسترسی به اطلاعات مورد نیاز را به اپلیکیشن بدهد. این اطمینان داده می شود که هیچ گونه فایل یا اطلاعات مخاطبین در اختیار اپراتور نخواهد بود. کاربر به دلیل محدودیت های اندروید، می بایست این دسترسی ها را به اپلیکیشن بدهد. علاوه بر دسترسی به موقعیت جغرافیایی که برای گزارش پارامترها نیاز است، برای انجام تست های فعال و جمع آوری دیتاهای مربوط به نتایج تست، نیاز به دسترسی به شماره ها، تماس صوتی و اس ام اس می باشد. برای ذخیره کردن نتایج تست ها بر روی حافظه داخلی، در حالتی که امکان ارسال سریع نتایج به دلیل عدم دسترسی به اینترنت وجود ندارد، نیاز به دسترسی به محل عکس ها، فایل های موزیک و دیگر فایل ها می باشد.
- هزینه تست های فعال از میزان شارژ مشتری کسر می گردد. (برای مشترکین دایمی، هزینه در قبض لحاظ می شود.)
اپلیکیشن برای ثبت و تایید اولیه که به انتخاب کاربر می باشد، و نیز برای ارسال نتایج تست ها و اندازه گیری ها به سرور اپراتور، باید به شبکه دیتای موبایل متصل باشد. (برای استفاده باید به اینترنت موبایل متصل شد)
کاربر برای اینکه امکان ارسال نتایج تست غیر فعال از شرایط شبکه به تیم فنی اپراتور را داشته باشد، باید اپلیکیشن در پس زمینه موبایل باز بماند.
This application has been designed to provide real-time readings of main radio network metrics (serving technology & cell, signal strength and quality, ...) and also active test capabilities for voice calls, SMS and data transfer, allowing the operator technical teams to receive test results to assess the customer experience in different locations and troubleshoot network issues.
Notes:
1. Passive results which are reports of phone’s coverage, quality and call drop events along with the location information for each sample will be shared with the operator.
2. At the first run, user will be asked to grant different permissions. Rest assured that no files or contact information are collected by the operator. This is due to Android limitations. Apart from Access to location which is required for the reports, access to contacts & call/SMS are needed for the active tests and obtaining the logs of the test. Access to photos/music/files are required to store logs on local storage if internet is unavailable for immediate reporting.
3. Active tests will use charged credit (or the bill for post-paid subscribers).
The application requires cellular data connection for the initial optional authentication and also to send the data to operator servers.
It has to be kept open in the background if user wants to share the passive report of his network conditions with operator technical teams.
