Tips nonstop World Cup streaming:

1. KLIX TV did not support streaming with VPN enabled. Known VPN such as Indosat myIM3, Samsung MAX or any other VPN that may be installed or pre-installed on your phone. Please make sure that the VPN has been disabled.

2. Restart your phone may offer better signal and connection with your cellular operator.

3. To experience HD streaming quality, your network must be stable at 1Mbps minimum. Kindly note that high-speed broadband subscription doesn't guarantee that you will receive a constant 1Mbps streaming throughout entire 90 mins live streaming match thus the quality may differ depending on your connection speed or the stream may be buffer.

4. In the event that you experience heavy buffering, please change your Internet connection to check if the problem still exists. For those having the heavy buffering issue when on the cellular network, please change your cellular mode from 4G to 3G or vice versa 3G to 4G.

5. KLIX TV is not compatible with Firefox browser due to security reason with Firefox browser. Google Chrome is recommended.
