Among all other isochronic tones, Alpha are associated with a state of deep relaxation and mindfulness meditation. They are emitted in an amplitude range between 8 and 15 Hz and are needed for reach a state of mindfulness and profound relaxationa and for some types of biofeedback training.

They are excellent sounds to use during a meditation session, or when you simply need to chill your mind out. The use of headset or headphones is required to experience the effectiveness of the brainwave generator.
