Bundled Payments for Care Improvement (BPCI) initiative was created by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation to reduce an often fragmented patient care continuum. Under this initiative, multiple organizations enter into compensation agreements that include financial and performance accountability for an entire patient episode of care. BPCI Tracker was developed by healthcare beneficiaries to improve outcomes, create efficiencies and add accountability at a low cost. Our innovative high encounter tracking system in coordination with traditional “risk-bearing” providers, promotes intuitive technology and more coordinated care. This service is not associated to Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) or any government entity.
