Residential Societies usually have a lot of visitors and maintain records in diaries or registers. In today’s age this information comes of no real use and is redundant unless digitized. Smart Knock helps organize this and that too without spending much. Also Smart Knock offers improved security as no visitor goes without tracking and face detection algorithms secure a clear image of the visitor is recorded.

Smart Knock allows visitors to record their visits and also provides a separate user interface to the flat residents so that they can view all their visitors that have been recorded.

Registering a Visit On Smart Knock is super easy - here's how it works:
- Just click on the IN button
- The Visitor will then enter his personal details like Mobile Number, Name, Persons accompanying etc.
- The app then records an image of the visitor
- Our algorithm does not allow the visitors to progress unless they have clicked a photograph with their face in it
- Once a valid image is captured then the visitor can search and choose the flat resident that they wish to visit
- On the last screen the visitors will review their data and confirm
- At any stage the visitor is able to go back and make any changes to their information or restart the entry of data from the Home Page
- The app is intelligent to auto-fill the last information entered by the visitor in case he revisits the residential apartment / society. This enables the visitor quicker data entry
- In this situation as well we do click a new image to secure that we always have the image of a person who is actually visiting and that there is no misuse of data
- In addition we also have an Express In function to support your daily visitors like the Home Maid or your neighbourhood milk man or your laundry guy
- Such daily visitors are pre registered on our portal with all their details and the flats where they need to visit so when they need to come in they just need to enter their mobile number and click their image
- The image click again helps in securing that you always have a clear image of who is visiting
- Once the visit is recorded the flat residents will also receive a notification of the visit

Registering an Out is even easier - here's how it works:
- Just click on the OUT button
- The visitor will enter his mobile number to search for his visit
- The visitor will then confirm that he has left
- Finally a notification is again received by the flat resident informing him that your visitor has left. This is particularly useful as you can know when your daily visitors have left

The flat residents also have a separate User Interface to view the information of the visits. They have a home page that shows the visitors so far recorded to meet them. As flat residents you can also view all the details and the image of your visitor.

In addition both the residential society as well as the flat residents shall have access to a web dashboard where you find the details and also interesting statistics when it comes to your visitors.
