Hosted by the world class sporting facilities of Loughborough University, the Games takes place from 1-4 September and features 1,600 young athletes from across the UK competing in 12 sports, seven of which include disability disciplines.

This four day spectacular replicates the experience of a major sporting event - with opening and closing ceremonies, an athletes’ village and a full education programme, the Games gives competing athletes a unique insight into the world of elite sport.

The Games have provided a springboard for many of today’s biggest names in sport. Previous competitors include Paralympic gold medallists Ellie Simmonds and Jonnie Peacock along with GB sprinter Adam Gemili, heptathlete Katrina Johnson-Thompson, and Olympic gold medallist Adam Peaty. We hope you will join us in cheering on our young competitors and, against the backdrop of the Rio Games, thinking – who’s next?
