★ IMEIs starting with '99' are from CDMA models. Unfortunately we are not able to help you unlock these models. There are no codes available in the database and there is no code entering procedure available.
Unfortunately at this point there is no support for Samsung locked by major CDMA carriers (e.g. Verizon, Sprint).
★ Alphanumeric IMEIs? Most likely this is the MEID not the IMEI. The MEID is a serial number specific to CDMA standard. We are not able to help you unlock these models.
★ If your Samsung is rooted and/or has custom firmware installed you will need to revert to stock firmware and apply the unlocking procedure. After unlock as it is permanent you will be able to install any firmware version (custom/stock) and root the phone if you desire.
