The first Serbian-Korean IT center access (SKIP Center) under the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government on 20 December 2017.

The aim of the Center is to, in its own high-tech equipped space, with free access to and familiarization with the achievements of ICT (information and communication technology), especially when it comes to services of electronic government, raise the technological literacy of the general population and promote cooperation between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Korea .This is another important step towards the improvement of e-government and information society in the Republic of Serbia and this will continue very good cooperation with the Republic of Korea in these areas.
SKIP Center is located in the city center, Dobrinj street number 11 extends up to 410 meters kvradratnih. SKIP Center has equipment for video conferencing and two smart podiums (SmartPodium), which teachers facilitate the lecture, while providing students with a direct insight into the performance of trainers which can significantly facilitate the learning process and enables parallel work of students and lecturers. Smart podium (SmartPodium) is an innovative audio - visual device that has built-in multimedia components thingy is controlled by touch (such as tablets). In the center there are two such devices and both are connected to the projector, speakers, web camera and wireless microphone. Smart podium (SmartPodium) can be controlled by using a tablet or another computer, except for existing integrated računara.SKIP Center was established by signing a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation in the field of information - communication technologies between the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government of the Republic of Serbia and the National Agency information society of the Republic of Korea. The memorandum was signed by Minister Branko Ruzic, on behalf of the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, and Director Oh Hunmok, on behalf of the National Agency for Information Society. The contribution of the Republic of Korea to the development and advancement of ICT in the Republic of Serbia is reflected in a single donation of 250,000 euros for the establishment SKIP Center and many years of covering the cost of replacing the equipment, so that the students always available the latest equipment.
