In this post, I am going to show you how to install Digital Sacco on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...
Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. Step By Step Guide To Install Digital Sacco using BlueStacks
- Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
- Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
- Once installed, click "Digital Sacco" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

We are an online SACCO whose mode of operations are based on a mobile platform This is to encourage inclusivity. We have been in operation from Oct 2015, under the regulation of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Cooperative with Registration Number CS/18119 and Also regulated by SACCO SOCIETIES REGULATORY AUTHORITY (SASRA - a government authorized body to manage Saccos) currently as a Non-Withdrawal Deposit Taking Sacco.
We offer to our members a platform to do their savings and also issue loans depending on their savings through their mobile phones rather than visiting an office. By dialing our USSD *847# they are able to access all our services from account opening (Their phone number becomes account number) Saving and borrow, (guarantor ship if need be) and repay loans, at their comfort regardless of the time or geographical location.

Personal loans:
The following will apply to our personal loans
1. The minimum loan amount is KShs 500.00
2. The maximum loan amount will be determined available savings in members’ account.
3. Interest rate per annum is 12%
4. Minimum and maximum repayment period is 2months (61days) and 48 months respectively depending on the loan type.
5. The total cost of a loan will include;
a) Loan processing fee at 2.5% of the loan amount borrowed
b) Interest fee per month
Example
Loan amount borrowed Ksh 1,000.
Processing fee is Kshs 1,000*2.5% = Kshs 25.00
Interest Fee charged is Kshs 1,000*1% = Kshs 10.00
Total Loan cost is Kshs 25.00 + Kshs 10.00 = Kshs 35.00

A member receives an SMS with One Time Pin (OTP) to enable them to get into their account and change the PIN .
Account activation
After opening an account (above process), a member must pay Ksh. 500/- membership fee which caters for 200 registration fee & purchase of 15 shares @20/-fee for their account to be activated to enable the member to start saving and access loans.
All Deposits ie membership, Savings, loan repayments are made thro’ M-pesa Pay bill 542431. With the M-Pesa Mini App, the whole process is now simplified
