Sleep calculator is the application that will help you to know the best time to wake up and fall asleep, so you can be fresh and energetic all the day.

The method of calculation is based on theory of sleep cycles. Usually you pass through five stages: 1, 2, 3, 4 and REM (rapid eye movement) sleep. These stages progress cyclically from 1 through REM then begin again with stage 1. A complete sleep cycle takes an about 90 minutes.

If you want to feel fine after sleeping, you should wake up at the end of one of the cycles.

My application has 3 scenarios.

In the first one you should denote what time you want to wake up, so you will calculate when you should go to sleep.

In the second one you should denote what time you want to go to bed, so you will calculate the best time to wake up.

The third one calculates the time you should wake up if you go to bed right now.

Most applications don't count how much time it will take to fall asleep. But if it takes more than 20 minutes in your case, that is quite important parameter. So my application will help you with that too.
