Step By Step Guide To Install Agile Scrum Poker Cards using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. Instructions:

1. Each Team Member opens Agile Scrum Poker Cards application on their mobile device. The application will keep the device screen on while the application is in focus.

2. The Product Owner describes a user story and its desired features.

3. Team Members discuss and ask questions about the features and corresponding implementation considerations.

4. Each Team Member discretely selects a point value from the application drop-down spinner that represents their estimate.

5. Each Team Member holds up their mobile device to reveal their estimate at the same time.

6. If there is consensus on the point value, the estimate is recorded and agreed upon.

7. If not, repeat steps 3-5 until consensus has been reached.

8. Repeat the process for all stories.
