3. Jika disebabkan oleh isu yang tidak dapat dihalangkan, seperti laman sesawang, menipu dan menyebabkan aktiviti mempunyai masalah, syarikat Moonton akan mempunyai hak untuk menjelaskan dalam ruangan undang-undang.
