Capoeira is a martial art of Brazil. Capoeira is a martial art of dance, acrobatics and music techniques. It was developed in Brazil at the beginning of the 16th century. A person who practices it is called a capoeirista. There is an interesting story behind capoeira.

Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art developed by African slaves in Brazil in the sixteenth century. The movement in capoeira resembles dance and is decorated with kicking techniques and other acrobatics. The battle in Capoeira is often accompanied by music and is called Jogo. Capoeira is often criticized because many doubt its effectiveness in real combat, compared to other martial arts.

A Brazilian martial art that is hidden in the dance as a friendly game of acrobatics among professionals within a circle with music. He arrived in Brazil, when the slaves were brought from Africa. Under the watchful eye of the slave owner, capoeira appeared as an inoffensive dance. After the abolition of slavery in 1888, capoeira survived in the slums (despite the persecution of the police) until it was legalized in the 1930s. Nowadays, capoeira has become a martial art practiced in all the world.
