To issue your Digital Card you do not need to previously have the physical or printed version of the Student Card. Just download the App, fill in the details and upload mandatory documents through the app itself, including:

1. Photo (in Selfie format)
2. Identity document;
3. Proof of enrollment valid for the current academic year.

Once the registration is complete, the Digital Card is generated, with the status of "Awaiting Analysis", and the Student Entity will analyze the compliance of the information provided by the student, being able to approve or reject the issuance.

***IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONS***

In order for your Digital Student Card to be approved, it is important to take some precautions, namely:

a) Photo - You cannot be wearing a hat, caps, sunglasses, without a shirt, etc... and remember that the objective is to identify the student's face, therefore, avoid posting a full-body photo or next to another person;

b) Identity Document - It can be a driver's license or ID, always legible and in good condition. All data in the document must be legible to check the registration information;

c) Proof of enrollment - The proof must be a valid document from the school or institution, in which the student is duly enrolled, and there cannot be erasures or minimum legibility conditions. It is important to highlight that the document must prove the regularity of enrollment for the current academic year.

Citizenship presupposes the full exercise of our rights and obligations. Do not use false information to issue your Digital Student Card. It is worth remembering that you will be subject to the penalties of the Brazilian Penal Code, therefore, be aware of our Terms of Use when issuing your Digital Wallet.
