Step By Step Guide To Install Pixel Art Effect using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. The Pixel Art Effect app lets you turn your photo into video game pixel art. The effect ranges from modern pixel art which has a more subtle pixelated effect (many small pixels) to retro pixel art which is made up of fewer larger pixels.

Step 1:

To convert your image, simply tap the "Add a Photo" button and choose a file that is in .jpg, .png or .gif format.

Step 2 (optional):

The pixel art maker has an optional outline type that can be set. This is the outline style used to draw the picture. If you're looking to achieve a more cartoonish look, the dark option is recommended. There is also a slider to define the size of pixels. You can also choose between color or black and white.

Step 3:

Tap the "Apply Effect" button.

After your picture has been pixelated, you can save it and if you'd like, you can share it to Facebook, Twitter, Google+, VK or any other social network, forum or site and set the picture as a profile picture, cover photo etc.
