In this post, I am going to show you how to install NetSupport Manager Control on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install NetSupport Manager Control using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
  3. Once installed, click "NetSupport Manager Control" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

GETTING STARTED:

1)Install this free NetSupport Manager Control app on your Android device.

PLEASE NOTE: The application may be installed onto your external storage, but the system will install the application on the internal storage by default. If the internal storage is full, then the system will install it on the external storage automatically. Once the app is installed however, you can move the application to either internal or external storage through your system settings.

2) Visit www.netsupportmanager.com and download the NetSupport Manager Client setup file for installation on each of the computers that you want to remote control.

3) Wirelessly connect your Android device to the same network as the client computers ( or for anywhere access, refer to www.netsupportmanager.com for details on setting up and configuring the free NetSupport Gateway – designed to support this scenario).

4) From the NetSupport Manager Control browse and find your Clients.

5) Select a Client and choose to View, Chat or send a Message.
The Android Control app can now browse a Gateway and find Clients that are SSL connected.

The app now supports Android 13 and 14 devices.

Resolved an app crash when connecting to a client that has been load balanced to another Gateway.
