"Geo Posizione" is a simple and easy to use application, designed for anyone who considers it necessary to send their geographical position to acquaintances, friends, or in more serious cases to any rescuers.
Application that would be very useful in case of need for: hikers, fishermen, hunters, mushroom and truffle hunters, lovers of long walks in the mountains, climbers, gatherers, farmers, or anyone who undertakes outdoor activities more or less far from the areas urban.
Through "Geo Position" it will be possible to search for your current geographical position, with the relative GPS data: longitude and latitude coordinates, the street address (if available), and a reference link to the map. After a short search the position will be displayed on a geographical map, and you can choose whether to send data via SMS message, with Whatsapp, share them externally through other applications on the phone, or save them. In case of sending via messages, the recipient will display a text containing: the coordinates, the street address (if available) and the link necessary to trace the position through Google Maps. This type of detection can also be used without data connection (internet), but in this case the data collected can be sent only via SMS and will contain only the GPS coordinates and the link to trace the position with Google Maps, the street address could not be recovered. The recipient must still have the active data connection to trace back to your position via a link on the Google Maps map. If the position is not detected within a minute or so; check the activation of the GPS on the phone.

The various functions allow:

✔ Display your current position on a geographic map with relative street address (if available) and detection accuracy, with automatic updating every second approx.

✔ Send location data via SMS message after selecting a contact from the phone's phone book. The receiver will display a text containing: the longitude and latitude coordinates, the street address (if available) and a link needed to trace back to the location via Google Maps (the receiver needs an active data connection).

✔ Send location data via WhatsApp message after choosing a recipient. The recipient will display a text containing: the longitude and latitude coordinates, the street address (if available) and a link necessary to trace back to the position via Google (requires active data connection).

✔ Share or save location data via other applications on your phone. The text will contain: the coordinates of longitude and latitude, the street address (if available) and a link necessary to go back to the position via Google (requires active data connection).

✔ Share or save the map image displayed on the screen using the various applications on the phone.

✔ Update the position on the map if the detection accuracy is too high.

Within the application there is a page "info and user guide" for a quick consultation in case of doubts about the available functions.
