ABOUT HI-FI-EDU

Hi-Fi-Edu is a Cloud based education system through which Schools / Colleges can be benefitted quickly to automate the whole management / administration process in their education institution. This system provides different portal view for Teachers/Staff, Par-ents/Students, Administration Staff, Librarian, Principal, etc. depending on their Login User Rights. This System is used for filling the Communication Gap between the Parents and the School / Teachers. This also provides MOBILE APP for Students/Parents and also for the Teachers/Staff. Attractive Management / Statistical Reports will be accessible online for the Principal / Correspondent / Super-User.




ABOUT CEO / DEO / AEO DASHBOARD

Hi-Fi-Edu provides CEO Dashboard for each District through which they can monitor the activities of each DEO, AEO and the Schools under them. CEO can get the summary of each School such as the summary of Attendance of Students and Staffs in each School, Progress Report of each School, Caste-wise Report from each School, etc. In the Same way, DEO can monitor the activities of all the AEO under them and the corresponding Schools under each AEO using DEO Dashboard. We also provide Dashboard for each AEO through which they can monitor the School activities which comes under them.

We have Face Recognition for Staff’s Attendance and report of log time for each Staff in the School ADMIN Dashboard. Using this, AEO/DEO/CEO can make sure that the Staff comes on-time and stay in the school during school hours. By checking the School Pro-gress Reports which is generated based on the summary of marks scored, AEO can in-teract with School Head Masters to improve the quality of study. We also provide CHAT MESSENGER for internal communication with Read Receipt and Chat History for future reference.

ABOUT MATH / PHY / CHE / ZOO / BOT PACKAGE (For NEET)

Hi-Fi-Edu also provides On-Line Math and other Subjects Package for each Syllabus (Samacheer / CBSE). Students can use this System to Practice Math / Other Subjects for each Syllabus, take On-Line Math/Other Subject Test on a regular interval, learn through Step-by-Step answer worksheet to obtain the Solution for each Problem (We are in the process of adding Video Tutorials shortly). This System will also help Students to prepare for NEET exam by providing objective type questionnaire for All Subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology. Students can earn Bonus Points based on the Score from each Test. Bonus Points can be used for redeeming gifts. Bonus Points will be used as a tool to motivate / encourage the students to score more in the Test.
